Where in the net can I find weight lifting routines that I can use in the Gym with the machines?

I’m looking to find sites that will give me some routines as how to use the machines in the gym in a combination so I can have qυісkеr results in my body and not harm myself in the process and also I will like to have a stretching routine for the different раrtѕ of my body that I’m working that day of the routine I will like the routines to be made for women’s and their bodies.
