What’s the best routine to do with machines at a gym including weight machines. Especially to work on my abs and arms. How long on each thing do you think is good? I wanna get that lower ab muscle lines and firm abs. I go to Lifetime so anything from there machines would be good. Thanks.

I’m 13 years old and I’m 5′8″ weighing 114.5 pounds. I’m trying to build-up on my Quarterback skills because I want to play for a youth football team next season.
