wat can i do in 2 weeks to make my abs looking better than wat they look like now? what can i do at home to make my abs rock hard.

im 18 weight currently 173 and im 5’11 if that helps

dieting, running, crunches, situps, and leg raises.

do 50 crunches daily and increase by 50 everyday.

hi i’m a 13 year old girl 5’5 and about 160 lbs i reall wold like to lose some weight and become more comfortable with my body. What are some good at home workouts that don’t involve any equiptmentor videos (i do have 5 lb weights though) and how can i start eating healthier. Everyday i say tomorrow i will eat healthier and i screw it up…any advice thanks :)

I need a very detailed routine of what I can do for abs and arms. I have two 30lb dumbbells, that’s about it. I need some meal plans and exercises, rep and set numbers, when to do the exercises, basically a whole routine that I can follow every week. I want to bulk up my arms and have a six pack. I want a workout that would get this done or close done in a month.
