I need a very detailed routine of what I can do for abs and arms. I have two 30lb dumbbells, that’s about it. I need some meal plans and exercises, rep and set numbers, when to do the exercises, basically a whole routine that I can follow every week. I want to bulk up my arms and have a six pack. I want a workout that would get this done or close done in a month.

I’m 13 years old and I’m 5′8″ weighing 114.5 pounds. I’m trying to build-up on my Quarterback skills because I want to play for a youth football team next season.
