I want to play running back or full back and linebacker for high school. I tried to find what conditioning and weight lifting routines trent richardson does but couldnt. I work out every day after school and rest on the weekends. P.S. someone with expirence please anwser this question</p>

<p><i>Answer by HyperNova</i><br/>Run a mile then rest. Then sprint 7 10s(yards) 5 20s 4 30s 3 40s 2 50s 1 100. Monday Lift heavy(8reps, 3 sets) bench press and squat and mix some other arm workouts in there. Tuesday lift heavy power cleans and military press mix some leg workouts in. Wednesday lift lighter(12-15 reps, 5 sets) bench, squat, arm workouts(don&#8217;t forget shoulders your gonna need those to be strong when you play rb ) Thursday lift lighter power cleans, military press, leg workouts. Friday work abs and your back( you will be surprised how much your bench will increase when you work your back. Remember to increase weight every other week, when you lift heavy the last two reps should always be HARD. If you commit to this workout in a couple months you will see yourself swell up pretty damn good</p>

Without giving too much detail, I have a smaller frame and large breasts. They&#8217;re natural too. Intense exercising like sprinting and step aerobics is really uncomfortable because they bounce all over, even when I wear two sports bras.</p>
<p>I would like to know some good cardio routines or DVDs I could use for a workout.</p>
