My husband and I had a gym membership last year, and it’s one of the best things we’ve done to help us get into shape and stay in shape. However, this year some stuff came up, and we can’t afford to renew our membership. Working out from home takes a lot of discipline and dedication. Do you have any exercise routines that have helped you? What are they and what do you do to keep yourself motivated?

I need a very detailed routine of what I can do for abs and arms. I have two 30lb dumbbells, that’s about it. I need some meal plans and exercises, rep and set numbers, when to do the exercises, basically a whole routine that I can follow every week. I want to bulk up my arms and have a six pack. I want a workout that would get this done or close done in a month.

I’m 13 years old and I’m 5′8″ weighing 114.5 pounds. I’m trying to build-up on my Quarterback skills because I want to play for a youth football team next season. This will be my first time playing for an organized team, so I need to begin to bulk-up and practice some good quarterback routines, because I’m pretty skinny for my size/age. Any suggestions on some good quarterback workouts and routines?

I’ve read about training routines in various books and magazines. They mostly just throw in an extra set for the “advanced” bodybuilding routine for a total of maybe 3-4 sets per exercise, each exercise usually once a week. I don’t for a moment believe that this is the type of routine an elite bodybuilder is actually using.

I am going on vacation during the first week in August. Without having to pay for a gym membership, I want try to have great looking abs and legs in time for that vacation. Does anyone have a suggestion for a routine that would help? I do have some free weights (6 lbs) and an exercise ball. I have read other answers to similar questions, but no one has mentioned the specifics of their workout (i.e. how many minutes, how many reps, how to do the exercise).

Also, how much water do you have to drink each day to help tone your body? Do you have to drink it all in one sitting? Can you drink one bottle at a time in one sitting or does it have to be spread out (like 1 bottle an hour)?
