This workout is great for losing fat and building a ripped beach body. It&#8217;s many times more effective than long, slow cardio workouts like treadmill jogging &#8212; and it only takes three minutes! It&#8217;s definitely one of the best cardio workouts at home that I know of. Best of all, this home cardio workout can be done with NO EQUIPMENT, and no gym membership needed. It&#8217;s extremely simple &#8212; you just have to learn three basic bodyweight exercises to do it. Here&#8217;s how to do this home cardio workout: Squat thrust &#8212; 10 reps Mountain Climber &#8212; 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO) Squat Jump &#8212; 10 reps Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. <p>Home exercise weight loss oriented programs are a cheap alternative for hiring a personal trainer to lose weight.  However, this is not necessarily the best approach towards exercise to shred extra pounds.  In fact, who said that exercise is the best method for losing weight to begin with?</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>You might think that the last sentence was somewhat controversial.  In order to clarify any misunderstanding let’s discover the root of unhealthy weight gain: poor metabolism.  NOTE: some of you may have a condition (such as hypothyroidism) that may require more than the methods I will list here, but for the most part, poor metabolism for the rest of us is caused by two factors (no, one of them is NOT genetics): poor activity and poor eating habits.  </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>To correct this type of weight gain you can either embark on a home exercise weight loss program, or change your diet, or both.  Now I know this may seem like I am contradicting myself from what I said earlier regarding the exercise component.  Of course I never said that exercise is ineffective. I implied that exercise is not the BEST method to lose weight.  </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The reason is simple, and is based on the amount of calories required for you to lose weight.  The exercise that you would have to do in order to accomplish this is VERY intense.  Not all folks can handle this.  Basically you would have to be in shape in order to be in shape in order to exercises that will in turn help you do some more brutally intense exercises to help you lose weight.  </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Do some TV shows where overweight people exercise to death freak you out? It should.  Why? Because they’re too hard, that’s why!   You would need the help of fitness trainer for that.  This is not why you visited this page, unless you wanted to hire a fitness to train in your own home, which I doubt is why you come here also. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Now how about changing your eating habits?  Well anyone can do that effectively and cheaply.  You just have to be informed of the right way to do it and, most importantly, ACT on it.  </p>

You don’t have to eliminate carbs or fats or proteins from your diet, or resort to certain cleanses (Candida, colon, etc.) to accomplish this.  You just have to learn to select, make and eat the right types of foods that are body-friendly.   </p>

I am 16 years old, male and need a weight lifting routine that will build up my arms, chest and shoulders. </p>
<p>Preferably one that does not require a gym weight room. I honestly do not have the time, with dancing, work, and school and my existing exersize routine. (Mostly cardio and Abs)</p>
<p>I can purchase dumbells and other weights and do what i need to at home. But please do not suggest diet pills or any of that crap. Thanks for the help.</p>

<p><i>Answer by Shaz001</i><br/>Hi, Free weight exercises are more effective for building muscle then machine exercises at home. Machines make the exercises easier to perform. How ever You will get less muscle stimulation from machine exercises because they do not require the same concentration or effort as free weight exercises. Free weights have a greater ability to involve stabilizer muscles than machines. Free weights put you in a natural, 3 dimensional environment for exercise.</p>
<p>The majority of your exercises should be compound free weight exercises. This does not mean that you should avoid machine exercises or isolation exercises. They are easy to learn and there is a low risk of injury, which is great for people who are just starting out or for rehabilitation purposes. And there are some good machine exercises that cannot be duplicated with free weights such as various cable pulley exercises. However, the majority of lifters should always base their workouts around compound, free weight exercises and supplement their workouts with machine and isolation exercises.</p>

<p><i>Answer by golf4life817</i><br/>well i have found that yoga and pallates.. i think thats  how you spell it&#8230;  work your muscles alot more than you would think&#8230; well at least i didnt think it would work that good&#8230; so i would go and get one of those work out videos thats pallates or yoga they worked really good for me!</p>
