hi i’m a 13 year old girl 5’5 and about 160 lbs i reall wold like to lose some weight and become more comfortable with my body. What are some good at home workouts that don’t involve any equiptmentor videos (i do have 5 lb weights though) and how can i start eating healthier. Everyday i say tomorrow i will eat healthier and i screw it up…any advice thanks
My husband and I had a gym membership last year, and it’s one of the best things we’ve done to help us get into shape and stay in shape. However, this year some stuff came up, and we can’t afford to renew our membership. Working out from home takes a lot of discipline and dedication. Do you have any exercise routines that have helped you? What are they and what do you do to keep yourself motivated?
Oh well !!! How hard it is sometimes to produce a good cigattes routines my friends. I had to go south for a big stage 2 hours non stop show, and there i was… again practicing a part of my cigattes routines at home. Normally I use a camera and place my self infrnt of my TV set, to control my angles. Hope you enjoy this…Looks easy ? “No Way” karl
