For a young guy with a job and age around 25,what is the likely routine for a healthy lifestyle.

i need two names for a health skit and i’m blanking out and can’t come up with any

I am following this routine from last 15 days .Earlier when i statred there were pains in my legs .As i used to regularly follw the routine the pains disappeared ,but from last 2 days when i get up for joging my legs pain and feels like i cant jog but when i start running after some time everthing will be ok.Is that walking or joging for such long distance is bad for health.Please provide me some information about food that i have to take at night ,before joging or after joging so that i can stay healthy.Thank you for answering my question

I know they check my eyes ears etc what else? do they check me for hernia or Scoliosis? Someone list the Procedures done Please!

Like routines and security?
Do you have to be searched? and how far do they go when searching you?
Are you able to shower without people watching over you and making sure your not doing something wrong?
Im just curious because i read this story and when she got admitted she had to be strip searched and wasn’t even allowed to shower privately and cameras in her room. Is it really like this?

I live in Illinois. My governor Pat Quinn is cutting funding to mental health services. I want to write a letter to protest. . Can you help me brainstorm some good reasons why these cuts will cause more harm than good? I want the letter to be very persuasive. I really would like hard statistics. I think giving people proper treatment might save money in other areas such as unnecessary hospitalizations and incarceration, homelessness, etc. However I am looking for real statistics to back up my claims.

I realize Comrade Obama hasn’t told us what his health plan is, just that we must support it without any debate. Just the same, is support for it disappearing faster than Ted Kennedy when his mistress is drowning at the bottom of a murky lake?

With the 2008 presidential elections on the horizon I have noticed that many of the Democrats are discupushing for health care reform (something that is needed).What they fail to mention is who will be paying for it and how much it will raise my taxes. So I am wondering if raise our taxes to the heights of Canada and Europe putting us (working & middle class) close to a 50% bracket. Any thoughts would be appreciated (especially from the candidates).
