<p><i>Answer by D&#8217;tagapayo</i><br/>Impossible to tell exactly for you but as a rule of thumb it&#8217;s considered to start at around 20 minutes.  As you subject your body to regular and frequent fat burning sessions, it will start more quickly.<br />
Think of your body as being resistant to give up it&#8217;s fat stores.  When you first start exercising to burn fat, your body is thinking you&#8217;re going to quit any second now, any second, c&#8217;mon man, quit already, sit down, take it easy, let&#8217;s go eat ice cream !!!  Then it&#8217;s got to call up the liver and the fat-bank and send out the message it needs more energy because you have burned up all the blood sugar, it calls for glycogen and finally Gluconeogenesis. That&#8217;s the fat resorption and conversion into energy.  Suddenly you feel much better like you can go and go.  You will stop feeling like you want to quit so bad because you are burning the real stuff now.<br />
Get used to getting to this point regularly and your body will get used to making the call to the fat bank sooner.  It gets used to the idea that you are not going to quit in five minutes so all it needs to do it wait you out.<br />
The book Fitness For Dummies is a great source of info on getting in shape.<br />
By the way, you burn carbs and fat at the same time.  This makes eating complex carbs a few hours before your workout a good idea.  Not a lot but some.  Also stay hydrated during exercise by drinking water before you get thirsty.  By the time you feel thirsty you have waited too long to catch up.</p>

I don&#8217;t have time to go to the health club and utilize all the different appliances &#8230; so I was thinking about purchasing something for utilization at house. Is there anything that will certainly not simply give an aerobic workout, however also tone many of my body at the same time? I&#8217;m usually concerned about the thigh/hip/butt spot.<br />

<p><i>Answer by mikeobot2</i><br/>Yes, cardiovascular exercise helps to strengthen your heart so it can pump more blood each time, so you won&#8217;t be out of breathe compare to a person that never does it. </p>
<p>I would not put cardiovascular workout during the same time when you&#8217;re lifting weights because you may get fatigued quickly if you&#8217;re doing splits. You can either do cardio in the morning/afternoon while doing lifting in the afternoon/morning.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re not doing it in the same day, just do cardio on days you&#8217;re not lifting like alternating. Lifting: Cardio: Lifting: Cardio: Lifting , ect.</p>

<p>1) Why might an individual who exercised regularlys&#8217; breathing and pulse prices be less at others, throughout and after exercise than a person that didnt?</p>
<p>2) Why will a person who does exercise oftens heart rate return back to their resting pulse price quicker after activity than an individual that didnt?</p>
<p>3) And if they did normal activity then why will they be able to accomplish the games for a much longer volume of time at a greater magnitude?</p>

The heart price returns to regular quicker due to the fact that the heart comes to be more powerful from normal exercise. 3. <p>Launched in December of 2009, the Imperfect Fitness program allows would-be exercisers to sit down at their home computer, answer a few questions about their general health and fitness level and within minutes be offered a completely individualized, ever-changing set of original dance fitness routines which are displayed directly from their computer monitor.</p>

<p>The owner, Michelle Pearl, was a self-described “physically imperfect, formerly morbidly obese couch potato” and is now an American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) certified group fitness instructor. </p>

<p>Her exercise assistants in the online fitness videos demonstrate the low or no-impact version of aerobic routines and the weight-free version of strength training routines.</p>

<p>Imperfect Fitness videos are choreographed in colorful themed sets, such as “The Future of Fitness” or “Movie Moves”. The videos are then shot in Los Angeles in a green screen studio and then augmented in post-production with stunning high definition video backgrounds and superior quality motivating music. </p>

<p>During the sign-up process for the Imperfect Fitness program clients answer a series of questions. Based on the answers provided, each individual is assigned 3 unique exercise sets; each of increasing intensity and duration. Depending on the client’s health concerns and fitness level, the client’s starting set might range in length from 20 – 55 minutes. Each exercise set consists of a warm-up, an aerobic exercise segment, strength training and stretching. New routines are then added every two weeks to keep clients motivated and interested.</p>

<p>Home exercise weight loss oriented programs are a cheap alternative for hiring a personal trainer to lose weight.  However, this is not necessarily the best approach towards exercise to shred extra pounds.  In fact, who said that exercise is the best method for losing weight to begin with?</p>

<p>You might think that the last sentence was somewhat controversial.  In order to clarify any misunderstanding let’s discover the root of unhealthy weight gain: poor metabolism.  NOTE: some of you may have a condition (such as hypothyroidism) that may require more than the methods I will list here, but for the most part, poor metabolism for the rest of us is caused by two factors (no, one of them is NOT genetics): poor activity and poor eating habits.  </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>To correct this type of weight gain you can either embark on a home exercise weight loss program, or change your diet, or both.  Now I know this may seem like I am contradicting myself from what I said earlier regarding the exercise component.  Of course I never said that exercise is ineffective. I implied that exercise is not the BEST method to lose weight.  </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The reason is simple, and is based on the amount of calories required for you to lose weight.  The exercise that you would have to do in order to accomplish this is VERY intense.  Not all folks can handle this.  Basically you would have to be in shape in order to be in shape in order to exercises that will in turn help you do some more brutally intense exercises to help you lose weight.  </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Do some TV shows where overweight people exercise to death freak you out? It should.  Why? Because they’re too hard, that’s why!   You would need the help of fitness trainer for that.  This is not why you visited this page, unless you wanted to hire a fitness to train in your own home, which I doubt is why you come here also. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Now how about changing your eating habits?  Well anyone can do that effectively and cheaply.  You just have to be informed of the right way to do it and, most importantly, ACT on it.  </p>

You just have to learn to select, make and eat the right types of foods that are body-friendly.   </p>
