I’m looking at health insurance plans and I see both a copay amount (25%) and an ‘office visit’ amount ($25). I’m trying to figure out where the line is drawn between routine office visits and ‘emergency’ or whatever you want to call it visits where I’d copay. Hopefully this is clear enough and somebody can give me a good answer. Also, any information on what health insurance you have and the amounts of copay, office visit charges, deductibles, and premiums you pay would be greatly appreciated.
