On a professional level there are many sites on the internet at no expense: Medscape. com. Primed. com.. The AMA also has a site. I don't know on what level of experience or education you are looking , but it exists in an abundance. Just be sure that what you are reading is well researched ,and hopefully, peer-reviewed. And even in those instances....you are the judge, so use critical thinking. Medicine is not a black and white field ,as many think. It is more gray.....and what was written as stone-cold fact five years ago could be the subject of derision now. And even though I am a health care provider and deeply invested in this subject...this is a very human field of endeavor...as is everything...so there is a portion of greed involved. Beware of issues of money....(research done by drug compainies takes special scrunity). So keep an open mind. There is truth in everything...sometimes not blatant. Good luck.
