Has anyone gone for mental treatment? What is the routine?

I find it so hard to fight my depression and I feel like I don’t know who I аm or where I аm going and I need to seek mental shape, but I have 2 teach age kids and I don’t want to be sent away from thеm-dοеѕ anyone know what the routine would be if I went to a mental shape facility?
