Cold down on carbs would only make you more wiped out. Cardio does natruly make you hungry so I generaly postion it so I’m eating my breakfast/lunch straight after.

nice dedication bro.. keep pumping… and when it comes to cardio, there are some machines that imitate the jogging budge, but u got pads on ur feet that allow u to *jog* wothout damaging ur knees. Excellent luck

I’ve been working out for the last 3 years. I work out for 2 hours 4 times per week. i start doing the jumping rope couple of weeks ago and I had to stop it because my knees were butchery me. I have two weeks with pain. I guess that’s not for me : s

Completely right Jpmiklo. Your heart rate would probably decline SLIGHTLY but it will still be at a steady rate. Also, your heart rate would start to increase drastically no matter what you do really (Unless like, you stop working out observably) once you get to a particular state of fatigue.

wow this is terrible cardio 10 seconds break way lone break for only 20 seconds besides this workout would be better if u just did mountain climbers for 20 seconds 3-7 seconds rest okay but 10 is pushin it depending on where you are early

i reckon its more intense if u are in the same position as she is,full palms on the impose a curfew though, and alternate legs as quick u can, nearly as if ur in succession but with ur palms on the impose a curfew.

She’s doing Tabata 20 seconds on full and 10 seconds of rest….8 rounds; 4 minutes total. It is fantastic!!! Look it up on line, you can find alot of info and a free downloadable timer.

  40. cokewhore37

    20. Jun, 2010

so let me get this straight, you do the exercise for 20 seconds, have a 10 second break, and repeat, for 4 minutes? and switch legs at every break or at the end of the 1st 2 minutes?

Maybe you’re not doing it in proper form? As she said, you need to be going all out for those 20 seconds. And hey, if it’s not huge deal, more power to you. Try ankle weights.

This is really hard. I workout 5 times a week 2 hours a day and I couldn’t do it more than 3 minutes total including the 10 seconds rests.
