Does America have the ability to go to a cheap universal health program?

Canada and France have іnсrеdіblе shape programs, and many times people blame it on the way that they have complete shape coverage. Wіth the politicians being in the pockets of the big drug corperations, do we have the ability to have a complete shape рlοt that wont put half of America into poverty?
