Hi Jeff. The first thing I noticed was that you changed your intro music. Nice tweak. I still liked the previous music, but there is enough of it included in the new!
I really like the explanation of how the hams and glutes work together and why you suggest the exercises you do. Will this work for those interested in building size for bodybuilding?
Keep up the great work!

Hi Jeff.
Its Kerry again. I just posted that I liked this workout and your explanation of how the glutes and hams work together.
I would like your advice here...I play baseball and have pulled my hamstring a few times this season and have one pulled now. Should I try to work these exercises to get through the injury and stretch? Or is there a better way to repair my current injury?
Thanks

@thekernstable Hey Kerry...it depends on how long has it been injured and what your limitations are. If it's been a week or so, then start with stretching and see how it feels. Then I'd start integrating some "indirect" hamstring work like lunges and bodyweight squats to see how it's tolerated. Progress to this type of workout slowly while still continuing your stretch.

Jeff,
I watch a lot of your videos and I find them to all be great exercises. I was just wondering if you recommend using any proteins or supplements to help build muscle. I have a hard time building muscle although I am in great shape. Thanks.

@VerticalJumpKing Thanks. I will keep stretching and I just did the healthy hams workout. Nice and smooth. Always challenging stuff. The leg felt good, just went a little beyond the point where the soreness was felt. Thanks
