If she has medical coverage on your auto policy, they will be primary for the accident. She will have to check her coordination of benefits on her health insurance policy to see if they will pick up any of the cost after the auto policy pays. Since her health insurance would pay less than her auto policy if they were primary, there probably will not be any additional benefit from her health insurance though.

Health Ins will always pay their allowed amount they have for that service after deductables and copays are met. Your secondary ins works the same way.but should pick up the remainder of the bill if your ded and copay are met with them. Always look at the allowed amount for that service if the Physician is not in their network then it was your choice not to go to a provider in the insurance network and therefore the provider can collect from you the uncovered amount if they informed you that they were not a provider for that insurance company prior to your appointment. What ever their car insrance worked out with your company with your consent is how the bill should be paid.

People tend to like their health care, but hate their insurance. People are more willing to support a change to insurance than they are a change to their health care.

Because they're providing insurance.
We're just giving people insurance without guaranteeing they will actually be able to see a doctor.

The difference is that Obama isn't trying to change anything but access to health care. He wants everyone to be able to access decent health care.

The money that those of us pay doctors, hospitals, labs, etc for those who do not pay or cannot pay. We have to be charged more because doctors, hospitals, and labs have to get the money from somewhere, they don't treat for free.

A "health care program" is usually a maintenance program - it doesn't usually cover "major medical" issues, such as you coming down with cancer. But you'll have to read the fine print on the program itself, to see what is and is not covered. THEN you have to figure out which doctors work in the program, and how long/hard it is to get in to see them. Try this site, if you want to find the best or the cheapest health insurance just in one minute,
http://cheap-health-insurance-usa.info/
Here you can get free quotes from different companies in your area, its the best way to find an affordable health insurance with a reliable company.
Hope this help,
