Anyone have any specific workout routines and diets for abs and arms?

I need a very detailed routine of what I can do for abs and arms. I have two 30lb dumbbells, thаt’s about іt. I need some meal plans and exercises, rep and set numbers, when to do the exercises, basically a whole routine that I can follow every week. I want to bulk up my arms and have a six pack. I want a workout that would get this done or close done in a month.
